Managers at Galan Logistics focus on improving their employees’ communications skills in the process of cooperation with the customers. In turn the employees of the company are strongly engaged in the daily routine of the company and implement rules they have formerly created. During one of the get-together meetings, the company’s managers together with their colleagues focused on listing the values guiding everyone in their professional life. References to values helped work out specific actions defining these values. Moreover, during the meeting, employees presented the benefits of value-relate actions, based on examples of specific behaviours defining a given value. Next, they focused on creating a ranking of values in order to select five, which are the closest to the spirit of the group.
By working together, the company’s managers and employees have developed values that guide their daily work.
