What was the reason for that? The team, consistent observance of established rules, precision of execution and, of course, honesty in carrying out their tasks. A team of employees in a company can be compared to a machine where the failure of one part leads to the immobilization of the whole structure. Working in a group, we know perfectly well that only reliable and timely fulfillment of their obligations will simply work.
