Sustainable Development Confirmed by DEKRA Certification
Environmental initiatives and a responsible approach to mobility are an important part of Galan Logistics’ strategy. We are pleased to announce that our fleet tire management practices have been confirmed by an independent DEKRA certification.
As part of our collaboration with Michelin, we have implemented the Michelin Remix 4 lives concept, which focuses on maximizing the tire lifecycle through retreading and tread deepening. This solution allows us to simultaneously:

control operational costs,

maintain high operational efficiency,

think long-term about fleet and company development.
Measurable Results (2019–2024)
During this period, Galan Logistics:

purchased 277 Michelin Remix retreaded tires,
-
performed tread deepening on 260 Michelin and Remix tires.
The results of these actions are tangible and have been confirmed by the DEKRA certificate:

18.4 tons of saved raw materials,
-
126.8 tons of reduced CO₂ emissions over the entire tire lifecycle.
Using retreaded tires and tread deepening significantly reduces the consumption of primary raw materials and CO₂ emissions, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
This is yet another example of how environmental responsibility at Galan Logistics goes hand in hand with cost-efficient management and operational effectiveness.
